Το POISON HEART είναι ένα πολύ όμορφο, μελωδικό και με στίχους γεμάτους νόημα τραγούδι το οποίο κυκλοφόρησε το 1992 στον δίσκο των RAMONES "Mondo Bizarro". Το τραγούδι το έγραψε ο Dee Dee Ramone ( το αληθινό του όνομα ήταν Douglas Calvin), μπασίστας του συγκροτήματος έως το 1989 και ήταν ένα "δώρο" προς το συγκρότημα για να τον στηρίξουν με κάθε τρόπο προκειμένου να μη του καταλογιστεί η μέγιστη ποινή (1 έτος φυλάκιση) για το γεγονός ότι στις 28 Σεπτεμβρίου 1990, τον συνέλαβε η αστυνομία για αγορά και κατοχή ναρκωτικών ουσιών μαζί με άλλα 25 άτομα στο πάρκο Washington Square. Τελικά αφέθηκε ελεύθερος με την κατηγορία πλημμελήματος.
